Dave Cole is the operating owner of D.L. Cole & Associates, a building and remodeling company that has been headquartered in Southern Maine for over 15 years. With a proven history of successfully serving as the general contractor for new construction while also specializing in finish carpentry and remodels, Dave is heavily involved in all aspects of his clients' projects. Purposefully maintaining a smaller operation allows Dave to focus on personal relationships with his clients while providing his signature attention to detail and ability to personally manage budgets. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Dave combined his natural artistic talents to the carpentry and construction industries where he has executed high-end, customized projects for his clients. Dave will be on the job site every day making sure that your expectations are exceeded every step of the way.
